LARG Management System (LARG-MS):2026 recognizes that organizations are certified to management system requirements, while individuals demonstrate competence through education, assessment, professional development, and qualification.
Accordingly, LARG-MS:2026 adopts an internationally aligned Personnel Competence and Qualification Scheme inspired by recognized practices for professional credentialing and auditor competence frameworks.
Professional credentials are awarded to individuals who successfully complete approved learning pathways and demonstrate competence through assessment and examination.
These credentials confirm an individual’s capability to implement, manage, evaluate, and audit LARG Management Systems.
PATHWAY 1 — PROFESSIONAL
For professionals responsible for implementation, operation, management, and continual improvement of LARG-MS.
This pathway develops competence to establish, maintain, improve, and lead Lean–Agile–Resilient–Green management systems.
Level P1
Certified LARG Management Professional (CLMP)
Competence:
• Understand LARG-MS requirements
